On PS4 it says: "Failed to load Platoons. Please try again." On "Your Platoons" window. When trying to create new Platoon, it says General of too many Platoons. Application's Platoon section isn't working for me. I can select emblem but not represent or create a Platoon.
If I recall correctly, I disabled my one man platoon because emblem editor issues with Battlefield 4 and Battlelog. Now I have returned to play Battlefield 1 and would like to recreate that platoon and attach companion app emblem to that platoon. This is bit unnecessary work because currently soloplaying but still feature isn't working for me.

Hi! I feel this is synchronisation issue because it can't load platoon data so I try out shutting down the system, shutting down router, restarting the router and unplugging cables from the system. If that doesn't work, then I don't know what to do about it.

It allows for searching and creating a platoon in-game. When creating a platoon in-game, it says on error message: "General of too many platoons." (Despite not being part of any platoon or being part of Battlefield V platoon which uses same infrastructure as Battlefield 1.). Unable to access to your platoons tab because cannot load platoons. I can find my Battlefield V platoon but have no access to it in Battlefield 1.

In companion app whole platoon feature is unavailable on PS4 account. When switching to PC, it's available but I don't have game on PC.
Battlelog for prior titles and in-game platoon feature for Battlefield V works. I deleted my platoons in those. Companion app's emblem creator works so I do have working emblem but no platoon tag on Battlefield 1 (unable to represent a platoon in 1). On prior titles both emblem and platoon tag are visible because it utilizes my personal emblem gallery instead of platoon emblem which I am unable to attach to platoon in Battlefield 1. Able to represent a platoon in other titles.
DICE TeamHi! I am from Finland and my internet provider is DNA. I haven't had issues in the past. Stable, good wired connection despite being remote country in Europe.
