Actually, I have contacted them already, but they told me that the option to add pre-order items is not available to them. Their suggestion is that I should post the issue on the forum as the game team checks the forum regularly, if there would be any options available, they would be happy to do that for me.

@EA_Atic My membership will not expire until next year. After all these, I guess the only way to recover my items is waiting until my membership expires and repurchase membership.

Did you check the Add Ons for Battlefield 1 / Battlefield V to make sure the Early Enlister Pack is installed?

Go to Origin, click on Battlefield 1 or Battlefield V, and click the "Add Ons" or "Expansions" tab, and see if the Enlister Offer is installed.

No, you should not have to install BFV to get the weapons.
If you'd like to try that, you can, but I don't think it's necessary.
The weapons should be unlocked for you in Battlefield 1.
Check your Classes (Assault, Medic, Scout, etc) in BF1 and see if those weapons are available.

Check the individual classes in Battlefield 1, and see if the weapons that come with the Offer are available to you.
If they are not, then you can try downloading BFV to see if that helps.

Once the membership expires, you won't have the Offer anymore.
