The XMP overclocking memory crash after 3.1 update

After the update 3.1, I can't play even one round game. My pc will crash after 5 mins begin the game. I was updating the windows, the display card drive. It sitll no helps.

When the pc crash, the CPU load was only 60%(12600kf @4.8GHz), and the GPU was 90%(2070S). The temperature of the CPU was lower than 70℃.

I had try to surch the soluting on the Internet, I found somebody had a same situation becaue of the XMP.  Then I tried to cloese the XMP, the game was not crashing the PC anymore.

Every BIOS setting for my PC is not changed. Everything was working fine before. Only BF2042 3.1 will crash my pc. 

My motherboard is MSI pro z690-a ddr4, using the default XMP setting , memory size is 16g DDR4 3600 X2. The auto voltage for the memory is 1.350V. This setting can pass the memoyr testing.  

So I was confuse, is this a bug for the game or my hardware problem?
