Can't add Xbox Friends on PC

I played the game via gamepass on my Xbox Series X

Now I got myself the game through a sale on PC on steam. I linked my steam, xbox and EA accounts so i tranfer my save.

Now is the problem that I can't add my Xbox friends on PC. I send out invites and i can see they are pending but they don't receive anything.
In return they can't send me an invite.

Weirdly, If i search for myself via the EA ID then it shows me my own profile card but with the Xbox name.

So... Are there solutions?

I mean... These request must be landing SOMEWHERE but since there isn't some mobile EA app or for Xbox ( At least not as far as I know ) they couldn't even log in to some EA account and accept these.
