Hello, re-downloading and playing the game at season 2, I was pleasantly surprised and the game was actually working... After a session or two, the fun was over and the technical problems had returned big time...After a game is found the timer drops to 0 and a black screen appears with sound still working in the background after a couple of seconds (10 sec approx.) the black screen fades and I return to the main menu. I did EVERYTHING in every troubleshooting guide I've seen. I downloaded the game 3 times!!!!! I removed settings... basically can't play the game. Please return my money or help me play the game.. This is undeniably worst problem I had with any game in the recent years!

Same problem......... Just bought a month of EA Play to try this pos out.... It's been a technical issue hell for the last 3-4 days. I get either a black screen on PC or a connection issue after almost every match. Both are only solved by restarting the game.......... black screen only via Alt + F4. It's also infinite. There's no return to menu for me, and the game isn't even "frozen" (in the technical sense) because the numbers my FPS overlay are fluctuating.

Black Screen Of death each time after match after this season 3 update. Running on windows 10 latest update and latest nvidia driver. * keeps happening with this game. Hell, all EA games come with stupid problems.

I'm having the same issue of trying to match-make into a game and it goes to a black screen with the loading indicator, then ultimately kicks me out to the main menu. Everything was working fine two days ago, and now the past two days I haven't been able to get into a single game.

I'm on PC on the EA desktop app. I tried repairing, tried updating graphics driver, tried reinstalling, and nothing has worked. I'm still not able to match-make into a single game.
Is there a fix for this yet?
