    Hi @buckwelch

When you have a moment can we also try the following?

    1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
    2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
    3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
    4. Perform a power cycle.
      • Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
      • Turn it back on after one minute.
      • Launch your game.
    5. Restore the license for the game.
      • Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
      • Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
    6. Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
    7. Reinstall your game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.

Hi @buckwelch, To check do you have the game installed on the internal storage or an external storage?

    Hi @buckwelch

Apologies for the delay, the error message can pop up for various reasons.

The team has made a few maintenance changes since your first post, I wanted to check if anything has changed.

If not, we might want to try some other workarounds we've collected from the community here

  • sadly it did not. I really appreciate the efforts and your time.

  • I ended up selling the system for a new one. Refurbished system must’ve been the issue.
