Hi @buckwelch
When you have a moment can we also try the following?
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
- Turn it back on after one minute.
- Launch your game.
- Restore the license for the game.
- Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
- Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
- Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
- Reinstall your game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.

Hi @buckwelch
Apologies for the delay, the error message can pop up for various reasons.
The team has made a few maintenance changes since your first post, I wanted to check if anything has changed.
If not, we might want to try some other workarounds we've collected from the community here.
sadly it did not. I really appreciate the efforts and your time.

Hey @buckwelch
I wanted to confirm if anything has changes since our first Title Update, College Football 25 Title Update July 30th, 2024?
I ended up selling the system for a new one. Refurbished system must’ve been the issue.
