Football 25 UT Challenges Not Progressing

Hi.  First time posting here so forgive me if I couldn't find the answer somewhere else in the Forum.

In College Football 25 UT challenges, I seem to have flatlined on the Legends: Bowl Legends and Legends: Once Upon a Time challenges.

In Bowl Legends, I have completed 45/48 challenges with full stars to this point but don't have any other challenges to complete after Danny Shelton.  How do I get the final player/challenges?

In Once Upon a Time, I am similarly stuck at 48/78 challenges and have not been offered any new challenges after Marshawn Lynch.  

Is there a solution to complete these challenges?
