Walk on/vs Bench

So I’m entering my redshirt senior year in RTG as an 87 overall qb and am trying to transfer from Kennesaw State to a better school. However for some reason all of the good programs are only offering me walk on spots, even though, for example, Florida’s 3 starting qbs are all exiting seniors and I would automatically be the highest overall qb. If I were to go to Florida, would I start because I’m the highest overall qb? Or would I be in coach trust purgatory since I’m being taken as a walk on?
