EA Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart your PC. (11)

Trying to play BF2042 since the latest update.

Been dealing with this for months. Here is what I've tried.

1: Wiped everything off the computer, EA APP and Game Files

Re-installed everything just to be met with the same error.

2: Ran as Admin. Game. Anti Cheat. EA Play. No change.

3: Repair, update, uninstall.

4: Disable firewall

I have tried everything to get this resolved and nothing is working. Very sad that I cannot enjoy my purchases thanks to this new EA Anti cheat. Punkbuster and Easy never have these issues.

can i ask how you fixed this problem, been trying for so long and i just cannot do it at all, ive done everything you have mentioned and still no luck at the minute

I did fix it. I had an older version of my anti virus software that was putting anti cheat into quarantine. It would do it to the app on startup so disabling the firewall was ineffective. I had to uninstall and re-install the latest version where I could make an exclusion to the anti cheat file manually through the anti virus software
