Team Builder Team not showing up to download on console

Okay, it’s been 3 weeks now, I’ve created 3 separate teams, all different names, logos, colors etc. and I have YET to be able to download them onto my game! They don’t even pop up when I search for them to download. Type my username…. Nothing. Type my team names….. NOTHING. I’ve used multiple browsers on multiple devises, both Laptop and desktop. No matter where I submit from, NOTHING EVER POPS UP when I’m trying to download my team on my console… I have a PS5, username Guttuhmook93. What can be done?! It’s been weeks! The thing I was most excited to get my hands on was team builder , and somehow, everyone else in country can use the team they created except me. I don’t get it. Tried to get in contact with EA and all they said was create a new team, submit, and log out of the team builder site. And like the legendary clown I am, I took the advice did everything to a T, and still can’t find my team to download. Mind you it takes an hour or 3 to create this team due to the site moving like molasses going up hill. What can I do?! All I literally want to do is use my team builder squad for my stream. It seems like I’d have better luck trying to take a shot of fireball with Santa Clause
