I can’t press start !!

Ever since I got the game, I’ve had little bugs here and there, but now it has gotten to the point where I can’t even play the game. This is the only game, including CFB 25 that where I’ll be in the middle of a game and it’ll just turn off like it will just turn off my entire system. It does not make any sense and it’s very irritating. I have updated everything and I can confirm that this is the only game I’ve ever had. This happened to me in my entire life and even till this day I’ll play any game for hours but I’ll play CFB and my system will suddenly crash now it’s gotten to the point where I can’t even hit the start button at the main menu to open the game. I have restarted my system several times I have closed out the game several times and still nothing this is absolutely ridiculous. Either I would like a refund or at the very least fix the game so I’m able to play.
