All they tell me is "their team is working on the problem due to others having the same issue but there is no timetable gor a fix." We've been through about 4-5 maintenances and a whole title update and it still isn't fixed. I haven't enjoyed the game since.

damn yea it’s happened to 4 of our dynasty’s makes the game unplayable
