CFB25 not giving me xp

I played on the last day of season 3 and i played for 6 hours straight. Through this 6 hours I didn’t level up or receive any XP. I started at level 49 so I had hopes to reach the level 50 and 51 rewards. Which would have been possible had I received XP. I did not play this game for 6 hours to not get those level rewards, just because the games wants to glitch and not give out xp.
