Dead Space PS5 - Pulse Rifle Disappears Right After You Pick It Up.

Question

Get to medical bay, person on floor dies.&nbsp; Pick up pulse rifle.&nbsp; You are holding it in our right hand for about ten seconds.&nbsp; Then it looks like you holster it, but it actually disappears.&nbsp; It's not added to the weapons storage, you just have the laser cutter.&nbsp; There is absolutely nothing you can do, or any buttons you can push to affect this outcome.&nbsp; There is a save station in the same room so i save just before picking it up and tried multiple times to get this to work.&nbsp; Any ideas.&nbsp; EA does not appear to have any real support, so I will be returning this to the store for a refund soon if not fixed.&nbsp;&nbsp;

@texasdfwps5&nbsp;Hey there, sorry that you had not received a response on the pulse rifle. If you are still playing the game, you can try the following and see if they help out.I did see players on the new game + having this same issue here
If you are not on that if you can load a previous save, save it as a new save file, reboot the game and load it manually into the new save and test it out. This way you don't lose any progress.

This could also be a corrupted update or save too as not everyone is having the same issue. The following should help with that too.

Manage your downloadable content (DLC) on PlayStation
Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely &gt; Turn off the console &gt; Wait 30-60 seconds &gt; Restart and Relaunch)
Verify you signed into your PSN account
Check for updates
Restore Licence
