Re: Dead Space 2 Multiplayer connection issues

In order to play multiplayer you must be logged in.

The best thing for you to do is to contact a game advisor (the nice folks over at EA support) for more help with this. There’s nothing we can do on the forum Answer HQ to fix login, account and billing issues like this.

Contact a games adviser any time using this following link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

1) Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
2) Select a topic for the best results.
3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
5) Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an adviser.

p.s.: Most likely they Will ask to provide a proof of Purchase (e.g. the Bill ticket from the Retail store)... :/

Hope this helps.

    Hello @SlothThisWay

Have you redeemed your Dead Space 2 code in Origin? If not, then you should download Origin client, and click Games in the upper left corner of the client and select Redeem Product Code.

If this won`t fix your problem, you might want to contact EA Advisors, as @Mikimuster3 suggested.

    Cheers,

    Archi
