Re: Problem with Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate edition disc 2 [Xbox 360]

The disc version of the game needs to install the DLC on a hard drive and the early arcade version of the Xbox didn't have a hard drive and the later versions only had onboard memory chips (we are talking max. 512 MB here).

If you do have an external hard drive for your Xbox, it is still possible that the DLC on your disc will not work with it. In that case, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor to get the digital download version of your DLC from the Xbox Marketplace. You need to log into the help page with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Issue Type", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option. Please also make sure that you have your receipt at hand (e.g. receipt you got with the disc and a screenshot of the order in your Amazon account).

Hello, i have the same problem, i bought Dragon age origins ultimate edition for Xbox 360 today, my xbox is also a 4GB version.

I talked to an ea advisor, provided him a picture of the receipt, game case, and 2 CD's and i asked him about codes to download the digital version of the DLC's directly from the Xbox Marketplace.

After looking into all this he told me they only provide codes for the PC version of the game, now should i try again? Was he misinformed?
