Gamebreaking Bugs, mage specializations not offered, only rogue quests.

My mage is only getting the rogue NPCs and Rogue quests for specialization in Skyhold. I tried completing one of them and no specializations were available. Basically I cannot specialize my mage and this has destroyed 40 hours of gameplay and wasted 80 dollars.

This is amazingly poor quality for the cost and brand. Now I have stopped playing and honestly I want to know how to electronically return this game and get my money back.

Like so many other companies Bioware has gone the way of low quality, very disappointing.

I am not just referring to this bug, there are literally dozens I have encountered, and this was the final straw. The game is barely in beta status, sad.

1. My character is male but the NPCs refer to him as female
2. When I first started they game gave my mage character two rogue daggers and rogue armor, armor he should even of been able to wear but he was.
3. I cannot play full screen due to the Direct X crashes
4. Also when in full screen some cut-scenes have resulted in a BOS (blue screen of death) due to memory crashing, seriously a memory leak on cut-scenes? !? I haven't seen a BOS in years, yet Bioware manages to create a game that brings it back, JUST WOW.
5. The number of typographical / spelling errors in the text for NPC's makes a person’s eyes bleed.
6. Audio cuts out every time I try to romance Sera  for the times my character speaks
7. Why does my character NOT keep his armor look when in the keeps or cities? Can we get out of 1995, game clothing has gone way past that level of static control.

9. I could go on but I think the point is made and it seems useless for me to continue with this list given the release state of this game it appears to me the developers just do not GAS.
