Games purchased on Amazon via Instant Access don't show up

Summarize your bug I have games purchased on Amazon that show up in Origin, but not EA Desktop. The were "Instant Access" codes, directly linking my Amazon account to my EA account.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? No games in EA Desktop
What do you expect to see? Games in EA Desktop
The games in question are Mass Effect Trilogy: https://amzn.to/2YeUmyt and Mass Effect: Andromeda https://amzn.to/2YpN5MF I purchased them on May 11, 2020.
Each of the trilogy games has a CD key listed. If I go to redeem it, it shows the correct game but says it's already been redeemed. Andromeda doesn't have a CD key as far as I can see.
I also do not see them on myaccount.ea.com in my Order History. I have Mass Effect 2 in my library in EA Desktop, but that is from a previous free giveaway.
