Jason, I have put in an error report from the app id 93a4760e-9dab-49b6-b21c-e3dfae276fed.

The issue occurs with any game that is rated 16 or 18. Games such at Titanfall 2 or Battlefield V etc.

Thank you for the reports that it started working for you again and the Error reports.

I would like to test another thing, could you change your region/country via the settings of the EA app and let me know if anything changes?

@EA_Jason  I tried changing the country and it made no difference. What on Earth is going on and why can't you fix it? I'm paying for a service I can't use! Please help!

First I'm trying to gather some more examples to see if changing the region works, but I haven't had many responses yet. 

Hi, @EA_Jason almost a week on, the problem is still there. The region thing didn't work for me. What can you suggest next, please? I'm not getting the benefit of a service for which I'm paying.

@EA_Jason I'm still stuck, and I'm still paying for a Beta service I'm not getting. I submitted my error report info about two weeks ago, so why isn't there an update, please?

I haven't received any new updates yet about this issue @DVDfever, when I have more news I will be sure to share it. 

@EA_Jason So, what am I supposed to do? How come it works for other people but not me? Are you escalating this at all? I could be waiting forever at this point while no-one gets back to you.

Yes, it has been escalated and we are looking into it. 

One player had a similar issue and it was caused by the firewall/antivirus/VPN. Could you please temporarily disable them and check if the game becomes available?

Another potential workaround would be to perform a Clean Boot of Windows and only launch the EA app. This causes Windows to launch without any other programs launching. 

If it works with the Clean Boot, then try to launch your programs one by one to check which program causes the games to be unavailable.

it worked when i used a vpn to connect to canada.

@EA_Jason I belatedly gave it a try. Made absolutely zero difference. What now, please?

It's been about 2 months without it, and I can't get any sort of a refund as its' a 'free' addition. I'm staggered the people at EA can't figure it out.
