Gift Card Bundle not received

I bought an apple gift card from Target today and it did not prompt me the free bundle. I called Apple and they said I need to contact EA for support, and EA said because this is not an in app purchase I have to contact the retailer but obviously the retailers can't fix this? My case has been closed and nothing has been solved and the help site is glitched so I can't even reopen the chat to ask for more help, what do I do? Do I start a new case? is there some other place I can go for help?
