@QuinnMelle The solution for this problem was identified late last year. I posted it on Nexus Mods recently.

@seranchoi After I replaced the ProfileOptions file, continue in the game was grayed out for me. I opened the ProfileOptions file with Notepad++ and noticed that "activeSaveGame" file name was naturally not matching my save file name. So I replaced *****.DAS file name with my original .DAS file name. Thankfully it worked.

@atex50 This is super helpful info! Others have worked around this by clicking Load Game instead of continue. I'll update the Nexus description with your tip. Thanks!

thanks but it sadly removes the Keep function..
