FIFA 24 is not launching (also FIFA23 same issue)

I see a lot of posts of the same issue, but no solution have helped me.

We just have purchased FIFA 24 on steam. At first it ran fine (one time). When we tried another time, it says it is starting and stops without error message.

I have tried fifa 23 and there it does not work as well. Same issue. I remembered we have the same issue with Fifa 23 and gave up.

What have I tried for fifa 24:

Update windows and graphics drivers to the latest function, also the windows optional updates.

Rebooted the pc (multiple times).

Enabled "run as admin" on almost all *.exe files of fifa 24. FC24.exe, EA launchers and the AntiCheat software.

I run anticheat software as an admin, removed the software and reinstalled the software. (Multiple times)

I have checked file integrite in Steam. I have tried to launch it from EA app, Steam and via FC24.exe.

I have disabled all the firewalls.

All of it no success. I am about to ask for a refund. But maybe someone has 1 tip to try.

Is there an error log somewhere? In the windows eventviewer I did not find any issue. What could be causing this? As no error message appears.
