Hey @EBlz568,

In the case of being unable to link your Discord account to your EA account, could you get in touch with our support team through EA Help to get help with linking your account?

Our support team can be contacted through: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

Please let me know here if our support team isn't able to help out. I have seen another report about being unable to link Discord, but that was just a single report and no indication that there is a general issue. 

Oh and before you contact our support team, please clear the cache of the EA app through Help > App Recovery. It could help with issues like these.

    @EA_Jason Clearing the cache did not solve the issue. I also tried to reconnect via a different computer to no avail. I'll contact the support team and see if they can help.

    @YahBoyAstro Nope, still nothing. Hopefully the ability to link to different discord updates will be added in a future update.

    @EBlz568 What is your Discord username and does it contain any special characters?

    My username is @Astro#3000 and it won't allow me to connect my account.

    @EA_Jason  Also I reached out to support 36 hours ago and still have yet to receive a response. I just really would like to link these two accounts and be done with this task.

    That certainly wasn't my intention @YahBoyAstro, I had my weekend and I had to follow up on a few things and this thread just fell to the cracks. 

    As this is related to accounts and linking your account, please get in touch with our support team again to have this looked into.

    Hello i linked wrong account 22.10.21 and unlink immediately now i can't link my new account discord account :/ @EA_Jason
