Yes, the guy in the support said that after the transfer to EA it changed from 32-bit to 64-bit and my computer can’t handle that 🤨 I have a new MacBook Pro… my friend has a MacBook Air m1 and can play?
I don’t really understand what you meant with the link you sent because. Can you please explain🙂

That’s an absolute load of rubbish. The Mac version of Sims 4 has always been 64-bit, there has never been an 32-bit version, and your Mac can run the game.
Are you seeing any error messages or does your game simply not load? If it does not load what exactly happens after you press play in EA App, how far into the loading process does it get?
If your Mac is a 2020 model it is not new but it can still run the game. Oh, the guy maybe didn't know what he talked about... I can open ea app and then open the sims, but when it loads to open it's getting black and says can't run the sims 4 with the graphics card in this computer. check the graphics and that the latest drivers are installed and then a long error message.

Ok. You need to repair the game in EA App. Read the solution (second post) in the link in my previous post, it explains how to do this if you don’t know how to. I just re-downloaded the app (again) and then repaired it, and it works!!!!!! Thank you so so much!!!!!
Hi again, I have a new problem. I can see my packs in sims on the start page but I can’t see them when I’m playing?

Yep. There’s a fix for that too 🙂 https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/Sims-4-packs-aren-t-loading-in-game/m-p/13790553#M1848 Oh, thanks!!!
