can't open sims with macbook pro m1
hi. i can't play sims 4 on my macbook pro m1 2020 because ea just said to me that they don't support my computers graphic card. is there anyone that can play with this computer?

Oh, the guy maybe didn't know what he talked about... I can open ea app and then open the sims, but when it loads to open it's getting black and says can't run the sims 4 with the graphics card in this computer. check the graphics and that the latest drivers are installed and then a long error message.

Ok. You need to repair the game in EA App. Read the solution (second post) in the link in my previous post, it explains how to do this if you don’t know how to.

I just re-downloaded the app (again) and then repaired it, and it works!!!!!! Thank you so so much!!!!!
Hi again, I have a new problem. I can see my packs in sims on the start page but I can’t see them when I’m playing?
