Hey there,

Please note that for some older games, it's not always possible to redeem the codes on the EA app. However, you can try redeeming the code on your side by going into the EA app > Library > Click on the button "+ Redeem Code".

I have entered the unique cd key code used to activate the games during installation from a disc, as if it were an activation code on a few games, and it has worked. Tested on Mirror's Edge a few days ago, and Dragon Age 2, and Inquisition a few years ago.
