Re: Won't download game on EA Desktop

Hey everyone,

I am locking this thread as multiple different issues are being discussed in this thread. While it was great to have this thread in the beginning, we have fixed some of these issues and and other issues are now being investigated. To make the forums a bit more easy to manage, I have split the topic up into different categories:

• When clicking Download on all games, a spinning wheel appears and then stops. The game is not added to My Collection or downloaded: Click
• Unable to download the Trespasser DLC for Dragon Age Inquisition: Click
• Multiple games showing a greyed out Download button or showing "This game is no longer included in EA Play": Click

If you are having any of these issues, then please post a reply in the relevant thread. Should you have a different issue, then please use the search function to see if there is a similar thread and if there is not, then please create a new thread after trying the troubleshooting steps below:

• Clearing the cache: Click
• Reinstall EA Desktop, Run as administrator and lower the UAC settings: Click
