Unable to talk to live chat
I was away from my keyboard for an hour and at the time I was able to connect to a live chat on the support of my compromised account. (proof of purchases, emails etc). My mobile number is still connected but won't receive code.
But due to being away they disconnected and said I can come back again. I tried to open my case and resend an issue on the same ticket number. But now it's hitting me with 'This issue isn't supported by advisors'. Unable to open a live chat.
I sent emails about my account as well and thought the only option to talk to someone real quick was creating another account.
I really would like help on this - how do I get the live chat back again?
