Hi @datashadow,

I'm afraid we aren't equipped to help with billing cases from the forums. The support team will be able to look into your Origin purchases if you reach out to them again and talk you through what options there are if there are any. You'll be able to find the specific invoices and their status's by following the steps in this EA Help article: View your EA order history and status information.

    I'm sorry, I'm not sure why you would be directed here. The forums is great for peer-to-peer support and for flagging potential bugs to put on our radar but it's not a substitute for support.
