@EA_DarkoIf anyone is being rude to you or your colleagues directly then it is your rights as moderators to read them the riot act and ban them. If someone is using a generalisation then that is not being rude directly and more born out of frustration and annoyance at a very poor decision from EA. We are trying to communicate civilly but when the conversation is one sided then that brings out further frustration which can lead to poor choices of words being used.
Instead of those at fault hiding behind the parapet, they could actually be honest about this as it seems to everyone be a simple fix which will get the fanbase back on board.
If EA has no intention of reinstating things then make it be plainly said. And if they really want to do the right thing then please let us know it is being sorted as a priority.
The longer silence is heard the most aspersions are cast and the more negative it will become.
Nobody is being purposely hateful towards you, but as you are the only one engaging (even if it is to wag your finger) then you will get shots unfairly aimed your way when it should be someone higher than you communicating back to us.
