Running as administrator does not fix the problem.

I have also tried clearing the EA App's Cache, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the App, but I am still having this same issue.

Any further support for this issue? I tried running the App as administrator and I am still having this problem. I am unable to play the games I have purchased because of this.

I'm having the same problem with my account. I haven't been able to play my EA games since shortly after I was automatically migrated from Origin. I've tried all of the suggestions I've seen for similar situations and nothing has worked. Running as administrator also hasn't fixed it for me.

I am having the same issue, except there is no chance of logging in. It says the same message every time, not just the first.
I have "run as administrator"-no change

I have uninstalled and reinstalled-no change

I have turned my pc off and on again... no change...

For me, I had the app crash during the Sims 4 infant update and I haven't been able to log in since.

Did you ever get any help? EA app was working for me yesterday, now I'm getting this same error

Today, on my fifth attempt of trying to login with different linked accounts (Google, Steam, Using EA Display Name, etc.), I was able to successfully login with no real technique besides pure persistence. While I was able to access and use the EA application (Friends and Store worked as intended) the launcher still couldn't start my games. All of my games on the EA launcher have been purchased through Steam and the launching process doesn't work on there either. 

Do you have any fix

Getting the same issue. EC: 10000. "There's a problem wtih your account."

I was playing Madden 23 offline and it kicked me out.

Same issue I haven’t been able to play ea games since October and it is now January
