Any further support for this issue? I tried running the App as administrator and I am still having this problem. I am unable to play the games I have purchased because of this.

I'm having the same problem with my account. I haven't been able to play my EA games since shortly after I was automatically migrated from Origin. I've tried all of the suggestions I've seen for similar situations and nothing has worked. Running as administrator also hasn't fixed it for me.
