I am having the same issue, except there is no chance of logging in. It says the same message every time, not just the first.
I have "run as administrator"-no change

I have uninstalled and reinstalled-no change

I have turned my pc off and on again... no change...

For me, I had the app crash during the Sims 4 infant update and I haven't been able to log in since.

    Did you ever get any help? EA app was working for me yesterday, now I'm getting this same error

      @KillWill420 I have not been able to find any support for similar issues that worked, and running the app as admin didn't work, which means I've been unable to play any of my EA games for months at this point.
