Re: EA App installation, "Something Went Wrong" error

Thank You for your reply, it helps to know that I am not alone. I think that they have turned off the ability to Chat so I have no way to get any help any more. I just get an auto response that is not helpful with a comment 'if I am still having problems to reply! I'm in a never-ending loop!

  • @kaspence Even if you do get to tech support, they don't know anything and will blame everything except the app. I got to them, and trust me, it was a waste of time. You have to go through ea.com to get to tech support. Good luck with them. Maybe you'll get someone who knows what they're talking about. Ciao!
