Unable to Buy PC Games - Desktop App
I've been trying to buy over 10 games for a couple of days now. The desktop app lets me confirm my card, but never lets me actually pay for the games. Attached is a screenshot of the error page I'm redirected to for less than one second every time my card is confirmed. And when that has finished being displayed to me, the entire app refreshes back to the landing page. Even if I manage to press the Pay Now button quickly enough, the refresh cancels out the effort. My phone is filled with so many card verification notifications. But not a single successful purchase notification.
Also, I'm unable to have more than 10 items in my cart. And I can't even buy 10 items; one item has to be removed because the app complains there's too many items in my cart. It only lets me buy up to 9 items at a time.
I've lost count of how many times I've restarted the app. I've filed an EA Error Reporter report. I've tried to get help on Twitter by @'ing the EA accounts. I've found another thread on here and tried to lend support to it and show it's happening to more people, by replying and explaining that I'm also having the same problem.
Every avenue of support I've tried has received no response. At all!
I've tried the linked troubleshooting suggestions from the other thread - they don't help.
Your service is fundamentally broken. And you don't seem to care in the slightest. Even when it means you lose out on potential sales. This entire customer service experience has been, and continues to be terrible!
