lost games from orgin to ea app transfer

I lost my games doing the tranfer how can I get my games back

    Hi @eves781,

    I've split your post off into it's own thread.

    If your games are missing from your library, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here.

    hi @EA_Solaire
    so i have the same issue as the person you responded too, and i made sure i was logged into the right account. And i am, i play on my mac and sometimes my pc, but when i want to play sims 3 i play on my pc because my mac cant hold the sims 3.
    when i saw that origin switched to ea., i thought my sims 3, and sims medieval would switch over, but i was wrong. i have tried many times to find different solutions but i cant find any that work, and when i search for the games on ea., it says i have to buy them, when i already bought them when i had origin.

    Did you originally purchase The Sims 3 and Medieval directly through Origin? 

    If so, please check for both of these games in the Order History on your EA account to verify if you're currently logging into the correct EA account.

    I switched from Origin to the new EA App just today. After finishing the process I had to see that all the games I owned in Origin had been deleted from my library except for Dragon Age: Inquisition.

    How do I recover the games I owned?

    i bought battlefield 5 ages ago off of instant gaming and it's missing from my ea library after transfer without a trace, yet spore, a game i never purchased and temporarily unlocked from aea play on steam is apparently permanent?? i am logged into the right account, that's for sure

    I'd recommend you reach out to the live support team on this so they can look over your account details and be sure you're logging in correctly. You can reach out to live support for further assistance on this through the help site here.

    @Sparkus666same here, i need to add, to emphasise up the severity and width of this issue by bumping this thread and topic.

    UPDATE EDIT: in my case it was all the Sims games that had gone lost, but when i just now started the Sims 4 (which is free now), bought and installed a DLC, then shut it down, the previously lost Sims games with all their DLCs I owned had suddenly appeared back in my library.?????? am utterly confused but it's not the first time interface glitches happens in the Origin or EA apps, i suppose. I really hope the rest of you all get some help and solutions to your struggles.

    All but two games are missing from my library. I looked at my payment history and all the games were purchased with this account. Why are my game missing?
