When you have the chance please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website

If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

  • I have had the same problem loading Crysis, Bought it last night through steam and is still giving me the cd key and wont accept it. It loads for a few seconds then acts like i didnt enter it. Depsite me entering it maunally and cpoy and pasting it. If your could please help me reslove this issue that would be great.

    I'm afraid that issues like this aren't something we can help with here on Answers HQ. Please reach out to the EA Help team when you've got the chance. They should be able to assist. 

    The links in my post from earlier in this thread should help you get a case set up with them.

    The best thing to do would be getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look. They should be able to help out with this. You can find more info on how to contact them in my post from earlier in this thread.

  • same problem here

    steam version code invalid .

    i try to redempt from ea origin app but the code won't work.

    i open steam -> click on crysis -> show code -> copy code and try to redempt

    with Crysis WarHead code worked .. with code  Crysis not

  • im having the same problem and before you regurgitate the same bs line about contacting ea help iv tried. i have called, emailed and set up a support case and no response they have even set the case as "resolved" and havent even gave me the slightest nod of a response via the case or otherwise
