Community ManagerYou needed to have a club created on FIFA 23 before August 1st in order to use the web app early. You should be able to use it when the game launches otherwise.
Hi! I had my club created in 2019, played fifa 20, 21, 22, but not fifa 23. I did some trading/pack opening on the web app, but in the end I haven't buy the game and didn't log in on the console. Can I now enter web app/companion early access, or only on 29th once I will buy the game on console?
Community ManagerIf you didn't have a club created on FIFA 23 by August 1st, you wouldn't have early access to the web app.
I have a problem on 24, its past the early access period and its still telling me that I have no EAFC club, but I do.

Most likely, you're logging in with the wrong account. To find the right one, load in to FC 24 and go to Customize > Online Settings > EA Account. That is the email you should be logging in to the app with.
