Re: EA App does not allow me to see my game keys, nor does the EA account site.

@netracerx If you own the game through the EA App and not through another platform, there is no reason for it to ask for a key. Do you own the game through another launcher, or did you purchase the game through the EA App or Origin?

It was purchased through Origin, which is where I started purchasing all of my NFS titles after they went digital back in the mid-to-late aughts.

  • But even besides the point, it was registered with Origin at some point, which is why it's in my library, which means I HAD to have fed it the key even if it came from another retailer. Which at some point means Origin, and therefore EA, has a copy of that key to validate that digital download being in my library. Why isn't it found in the EA App, which replaced Origin, or on the EA account website (where I can't see ANY of the keys for my digital purchases)?

@netracerx Gotcha, okay, so for that one, what we need you to do is contact live support so that they can look at the account. If you owned it, it shouldn't ask you for a code.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:

    • Select your product
    • Then select Platform
    • Manage my Account
    • Chose the appropriate option from there
