I was given this fix on the forums and thought I would make a post to help all the people that are suffering from it.
1) Redownload the EA app.
2) When a prompt appears saying the EA app is already installed, click on "Repair".
3) Launch game.
Worked for me.

This worked for me. I can log in fine now.
Me aparece ese error al descargar fc 24. Descarga el 40 0 50% y me sale ese error y no puedo volver a entrar y cuando vuelvo a entrar empieza de 0 la descarga y así muchas veces...
How to fix it?
I changed my dns, run ea app/ea launcher as admin (message appears two times). Is there solution for this? I dont think its on my end to be honest. Internet is fine.
Community Manager@rocky880 Have you uninstalled the EA App and cleaned out any files off the computer before reinstalling?
The same problem ec-105, you need to launch the application and after a moment this error occurs. I cleared the cache, restored the application, but it doesn't work.
Community ManagerNot a single solution from the topic helped. I contacted my provider and made a white IP address and, lo and behold, the problem went away. while she's gone. the solution is on the provider's side. You need a static IP, not a dynamic one.
