Boots do look better this time around 

They’re far better in shape but I hate how every other FIFA the lighting of the boots is horrendous. Like how the white boots look grey or the orange boots look brown. Thought they would’ve updated the code considering it’s a fresh start but nope it’s exactly the same.

The lighting is still bizarre in some instances like the black/pink/white predator is horrendous. The white predator is a bit brighter from the FIFA 23 edition but sometimes the game condition tend to change the colour and brighten them up a bit I have noticed 

Yeas! Great because there are plenty of boots now from the beginning, but EA , could you edit some boots to be more brighter? the silver mettalic mercurials especialy the grey legend and the orange adidas f50. They seem more darker then they should be. The silver mettalic mercurials, should look like the nike phantom scorpion metallic grey, that aren't in this game. You could also add in the editing menu the phantom scorpion from last games 

EA, you must add this boots in the game... The metallic silver mercurials color should be like this

New squad updates today. The Adidas Marine Rush pack is in the game. No new Pumas or Nikes though

Seems like they divided Clubs/Edit Player with 2 different lists.

And it seems like in clubs the new ones are not added.

Always full of bugs.

Missing so many boots from the edit player, like copas etc.

Editing players is still a pain in the a**, just why can’t you keep the team you’re editing and not have to go back and forth. While I’m complaining, can it be so difficult to group boots by manufacturer.

EA, can I ask why latest blue Nikes and Pumas have not been added yet?!? Also the colors of the Adidas marinerush pack added with TU 3 are wrong. So disappointing

The mercurials and the phantoms were out on release on my ps5, then they were removed

It seems only Pumas, Rashford signature Nike and a pair of unuseful Lotto have been added via TU5. What a shame EA!!! Where are new Nikes?? They are out since a month now

Add the new Nikes, show some respect to the people.

They haven’t added ANY of the new boots to clubs. Nor can you wear ankle tape on Clubs. It’s a joke. 

Whats a Volta store and can I use these boots in career mode? Does anyone actually care about volta? 

The Volta store is where you can buy accessories for your Pro on Clubs and Volta itself. No, nobody cares about Volta but as a Clubs player the Volta store still comes in handy.

To answer your other question, no you can’t use them on your career mode. The boots were in the catalogue on career mode but have seemingly been removed.

the fact that we know they have the new mercurials and phantoms (now removed) - and STILL haven't added them yet is actually a joke.

@Ea Darko, could you please bring to EA attention this issue? We are tired of being treated so disrespectfully. Can someone at EA come out and tell us how boots catalogue is managed/updated? 

What’s even weirder is that the boots are still in the game but not available through the catalog. I play career mode and added them to players when the game was released through the edit player function and they are still wearing them. 

Thats exactly what I did.. and why its now so obvious that they fumbled it by releasing them before they 'should' have and now they're holding them back when players have been wearing them for at least 2/3 game weeks irl now.. kinda ridiculous tbh

We’ve been waiting for years for them to add cut socks. Last season they removed even ankle tape from clubs. 

There’s no consistency. They’ll add customisation options(boots, ankle tape, haircuts, tattoos) to some game-modes and not others. It’s ridiculous.

Okay, so they've added luna and tiempos from this (already used for month or so) blue Nike pack, but merculiars and phantom are missing? Tho, both were in a game earlier and they deleted it? Can anybody can say what the hell is happening? 😢
