Re: "There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24
I started experiencing the issue around May 2nd and opened the support request on May 3rd.I am not able to install the Sims 4 anymore on my PC. This happened after I updated the EA app; I first wasn't able to start my game.I uninstalled the game, and then I was not able anymore to install it.What did I do:- I checked on my pc if I had old files from previous installations on my PC. -> They are all gone, so this might not be the case- I Deleted the cache of the EA app- I runned the EA-app as administrator- I uninstalled the EA app and re-installed it.I have bought the sims 4 years ago physically.
I have been asked to reinstall EA app so many times by you guys and it's not working, the isse happens on multiple pc's.
The issue happens on multiple PC-devices, as I have tested this. THe issue is not coming from my PC, but from my EA app I suppose.... Might I add I bought every single DLC for the Sims 4.

This means I spent a lot of money to you guys (at least 1200 €, only for the Sims 4, I didn't count other games in this)I'm extremely disappointed in the service I am experiencing right now...I have been speaking with EA support for the last month about this and Now during a live chat got adviced to also report the issue here.
