Double Charged

I was double charged, and I put a refund request through the form but I wasn't refunded the full amount and EA doesn't seem to give you any oppertunity to directly open a Case about this or talk to a Rep without using these forums.

    If you have a double charge on your account, that's something live support can look into for you and get a refund processed- here on the forums we aren't able to access your account or billing details to look into this with you.
