Cant start ea

When I start a game from EA, an error message appears stating that the app is not associated with any app. But then when I try to open EA, it says that it could not open EA and that I should contact the system administrator or reinstall it, which I have tried, but it still doesn't work, and it says there is some faulty memory mapping. Explain to me how I can fix this problem.
