The sims 3 not working when I used my new microsoft account

Hello,

The sims 3 game does't work when I switched my microsoft account. I had change to a new microsoft account. Game starts like it should be but I can't play the game at all properly. I tried to fix the game by moving the sims 3 personal files to desktop. It worked once but then I could' t open my last saved game. Then I tried repair the sims 3  many times but it didin't solve the problem. I can start a new game but after saving and loading it the sims 3 becomes unplayable. Is there anything what I can do?

What I can do to make working the game again properly?
