Thank you for your reply. Please be assured that there are no hard feelings about the delay; I understand that everyone needs time off.
However, I must point out that while your explanation, especially your analogy with sports cars, was quite creative, the issue is not with the internet, router, or hardware device, but with the game itself, so it is applying, only in a different scenario.
Your response is appreciated, but it doesn't address, once again, the core problem.
Also, I'm curious how working from home is now a reason for a slow connection—what was the reason before remote work became common?
Once again, thank you for taking the time to reply to each query on this forum, though I had expected a bit more from EA support.

Additionally, while I can observe your frequent participation in various threads, may I ask about your background and experience?
Please note that personal home experience is not quite relevant in this context as differences in gameplay experience can vary greatly depending on location for example.
Therefore, please ensure your advice meets a certain standard of support, and if you have discovered any substantial information, kindly share it.

My advice was basically the same as darkos. What would really show what’s going on is a video with the input overlay. A speed test isn’t giving you the full picture. Then again who am I? I don’t work for ea or your isp so don’t take my advice.

If the issue was with the game itself @all3l33 then every player would see it.
I used work from home to illustrate how many people saw speeds drop during the pandemic.
I play maybe 10 hours a week of FC 24 minimum and never have issues with speed or lag, I keep my network running well and regularly do troubleshooting to keep it running well.

They are not though @all3l33 and at this point it really feels that you are less interested in working to improve your connection than just complaining on AHQ.
And that this fine, you are free to complain about the game as much as you would like here but I won't be replying any more.

Alright, I guess I'm not really interested in fixing my connection, am I? Can you clarify how exactly you fix a gigabyte connection?
What exactly should I say to my provider? Like, "Hey, I have one game that lags significantly compared to others."
There's always something: if it's not my internet, it's my hardware setup; if it's not that, it's my skills. The only game who is requesting to boot a PS5 in safe mode to clean the cache daily...
Regarding the support, EA needs to address the issue, as the assistance provided, at least for this game, is very poor or you may even consider it nonexistent.

You are seeing gigabit connection @all3l33 and thinking you can't have issues. The fastest broadband in the world doesn't mean you won't have issues.
Your connection is your responsibility, if seeing issues with lag or slow speeds we can share the troubleshooting guides and other steps but beyond that it is up to you to work with your ISP to troubleshoot.

- SirCarbonara12 months agoRising Veteran@EA_Darko And because EA will not admit that the problem is on their side I will not buy next ea fc 25. I played it from fifa 20. This is the end. I will not tolerate hundreds of issues that make me go insane.
1. Terrible gameplay
2. Constant freezing
3. Constant crashing
4. Lack of respect for customers paying money but you don’t give a…
5. I don’t have ANY PROBLEMS with my internet connection I can play every game I want without problems, any problems, I can watch streaming on 3 devices, but playing ea fc online in always bad experience, and I see all the time red and yellow indicators showing my connection to YOUR crappy servers is terrible.
And last thing - EA robbed my of countless rewards. I can not count how many games that I was winning in SB, rivals, WL or resulted in being kicked out of your terrible servers of course it always is a loss.
I win in WL in 88’ minute 3-2 I am so happy and then I see - the servers can not process etc. It’s not my connection because everything else remain connected only ea fc kicks my out. You know how I feel about hundreds of loses I suffered because you can not do anything about it?

As I have said before @SirCarbonara, you are free to blame the servers but it's simply not the case that they are the cause. If there are server issues we can see from our side and when this occurs it is communicated on here and social media.
A disconnection does not mean that your internet has dropped, it does not mean that you are offline of your internet is not connected, it is all about bandwidth. You can have a disconnection when all is working if you do not have the bandwidth to continue.

As I mentioned, my connection is perfectly fine; you can see the proof in the image. However, once again, your "support" stops after confirming my connection is OK.
So, please explain further.... I am using your EA link to check my connection status, and I am not encountering any issues, yet, I am still supposed to check with my provider for what reason?
Also, according with EA notes I should be not impacted or at least not every game...
95+ is Great: Your Connection Quality isn’t impacting your gameplay and disruptions are rare.

If seeing issues when the tool says your connection is fine @all3l33 then you still need to speak with your ISP and work on improving connection.
The tool is great but like all connection tests is not always representative of gaming in real time.Darko
- SirCarbonara12 months agoRising Veteran@all3l33 You are incredible I gave up hope months ago, I know that I will not have fun playing this game no matter what I do. I have good connection and I never had points for all SB matches, never. I have from 3 to 1 disconnections ever week so what kind of fairness or just results are we talking about if the game robbes my of my wins constantly? What kind of competition is that?

Absolutely unbelievable—does EA support have any suggestions other than contacting my internet provider?
And let me ask you something else: since this is a standard recommendation, I assume you've provided it to hundreds of customers. Out of 100 customers, how many have come back and said, "Amazing, it fixed my gameplay issue?" Probably none, because this is completely untrue.
- @all3l33 There have been posts of people fixing their connection. This is probably the last one I remember.

Those tend to get solved and pushed down pretty quick though.
You will see more of the posts that people refuse to even try to solve their connection issues as those tend to get more attention and bumped making it look like nobody fixes anything. - SirCarbonara12 months agoRising Veteran@all3l33 I don’t know why you don’t fix your gameplay issues. It’s so easy and there are so many solutions….
Ps. I tried everything literally everything to solve my connection issues and nothing worked for me. I changed my isp, my router, cables, settings and other stuff, and I still can not play this game. From September till now playing this title is a nightmare.
