    It has been 16 hours with no response. My case still says 'In Progress' and no emails or further details have been sent to me regarding the issue.

  • Even if you chat with a supporter in person, they will not be able to help you. I have also been banned once and I contested the ban. I was only told: “Yes, our systems have decided so, deal with it or create a new account.” The support team simply has no possibilities here.

    last so much progress man this honestly sucks... Surely there has to be a way for EA to fix this

  • The report system is faulty at best, I received a sanction and now suspended due to the name "xblackgoosex" that I have been using across all games I ever played since the year 2003. People get upset when they lose a match and then make a fake report against your account and then the system bans you without an actual real person checking the report first. 

    I spent money on FC points and invested a lot of hours on player picks to build up my team for the current Ultimate Team promo and Champions Finals. I'm going to lose so much progress and miss out on my Champions Finals rewards and red picks because of an automated system that is completely garbage. 

    Then to top it off they don't give you the option to contact a live person through chat/phone it has to be a email/ticket that probably won't be checked until after your ban/suspension is over.


    I'm not spending my money on this garbage next year, I might not even finish playing this year. This is a horrible practice on EA that needs to be changed ASAP.
