The EVO problem

So I think it's fairly obvious evos are completely broken and unfixable , so after this being advertised as a new feature , gear new ,less restrictive evos I presume you'll be offering some sort of compensation as we've not received what was promised , we've been sold a broken promise and game 

What about the people who've evod a low rated player on the premise of upgrading them further , paying coins or even buying points to do this only to now be left with a worthless low rated useless card with no prospect of further enhancement.

The radio silence on this matter is utterly absurd and at this stage everyone should be entitled to a full refund not only on the cost of the game but the cost of every single Evo they have completed , I'll await a response but no full well there's unlikely to be any , the contempt for the consumer is extraordinary
