We're sorry you haven't received the Points from the Ultimate Edition.

If you're playing from Nintendo Switch and missing the 3.850 FC Points from the Ultimate Edition, our team is investigating this Issue.

If you're playing from other platforms, you may not have received the 4.600 FC Points for different reasons:

  • You have preordered the Standard Edition, and you're playing the EA Play Trial. In this case, you will only receive the content related to the Standard Edition (you can check it here).
  • You may have preordered the Ultimate Edition with another account. Remember that only the main account that completed the purchase will receive the bonus content.
  • You're playing through EA Play Pro Subscription. In this case, as for the terms and conditions, "The 4800 FC Points will be provided in monthly installments of 1600 per month for three consecutive months beginning as early as September 27, 2024."

You can always check the order you made from the transaction history of your platform:

    I have tried that! Not much hjelp there. Them say that I need to contant the plage I bought it from. Bought it from Nintendo shop. This is not Ok!

    This is incorrect. I have also nit received pre-order bonuses. I contact support and received a reply that I need to contact Nintendo. That is not helpful. There is obviously a problem that needs to be fixed

    This is a breach of consumer law, you, EA,  have advertised a product for sale at a more expensive price indicating rewards for the ‘Ultimate’ purchase and Switch players are disadvantaged by this.  Fix this up immediately, not good enough.  My next action will be to report this breach to both Consumer  Affairs and Nintendo.

    When will this be fixed?   I still don't have the 3850FC points.  I bought on the NS switch account yesterday.

  • Could you help me directly? I have already opened 3 tickets and my problem has not been resolved. I didn't receive my FC Points from the ultimate version
