Can't help much if by following the instructions on the first page it doesn't work for you, have you tried lowering also details over the game settings? Do you have the latest drivers for your graphics card?
Im able to get stable 120 / 150 fps in game all maxed out, (im having a 3080ti and a 12700k), and able to play with no input delay or similar issues.
